I’m Katie Sahnow, the heart behind Adorned with Alignment.
In the spring of 2024, asking for help became a turning point in my life. Intensive EMDR therapy opened a path toward reconnecting with myself. Through travel, spiritual exploration, and eventually Reiki training, I began learning to love myself more deeply, trust my intuition, and welcome new possibilities.
Adorned grew from that journey.
So much of our inner growth happens quietly. We feel it before we can see it. For me, permanent jewelry offers something tangible—a subtle and beautiful reminder of how far we’ve come, a new beginning, or a connection with someone we love.
By bringing Reiki and bespoke adornment together, I create pieces with intention, each uniquely yours.
